Los Angeles, 20 December 2011 – A delegation from the City of Walnut, headed by Councilmember Joaquin Lim, called on Consul General Mary Jo Bernardo Aragon on 16 December 2011 and presented a Certificate of Recognition in honor of the Filipinos in World War II for their dedicated support, contributions and sacrifices.  The Certificate was signed by Councilmember Lim.
