Los Angeles, 8 November 2011 – Consul Ruel U. Gunabe led a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles and conducted a consular outreach program in National City, California, U.S.A. on 5 – 6 November 2011.
The consular outreach program was undertaken in cooperation with the Council of the Philippine American Organizations of San Diego County, Inc. (COPAO).
A total of 325 consular services were rendered during the two-day consular outreach program, breakdown of which are as follows:

The Consular Outreach Program is a regular activity of the Consulate to bring its various services closer to its constituents residing in areas within its jurisdiction.
