PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL LEADS THE RIZAL DAYCELEBRATION IN LOS ANGELES

Above: Deputy Consul General Daniel Espiritu led the Filipino community leaders at the floral offering before the bust of Dr. Jose Rizal at the opening of the Celebration of Rizal Day held by the Knights of Rizal at the Filipino-American Community Center in Los Angeles on 30 December 2010. The day-long affair, which featured presentations on the life and works of Dr. Jose Rizal, was attended by representatives of Filipino organizations and delegates of the Knights of Rizal from Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada.
